ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between Signal Point Casino (the "Casino") and you, the person accessing or using our facilities, services, or websites (collectively referred to as the "User"). By entering the premises of the Casino, using any of its services, or visiting its website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Only individuals who are at least 19 years old are permitted to gamble on the premises of the Casino. If you are under 19, please do not attempt to access any gaming facilities or services offered by the Casino.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

The Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and encourages all patrons to play responsibly. The Casino's GameSense program provides information and resources on how to set personal limits, understand odds, and recognize problem gambling. If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming a concern or if you require assistance with self-exclusion, please visit the Customer Service desk for more information.

DEPOSIT LIMITS

In accordance with British Columbia's Gaming Control Act, patrons may be eligible to set deposit limits on their gaming activity at our premises. Please contact the Customer Service team for more details.

SELF-EXCLUSION

The Casino offers a Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program (VSEP) which allows individuals who feel that they have a problem with gambling to exclude themselves from all British Columbia casinos and community gaming centres for set periods of time. If you require information or assistance in relation to VSEP, please contact the Customer Service team.

GAMING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Casino offers a variety of gaming products and services including slots, electronic table games, bingo, lottery products, and more. Please note that not all products and services are available at all times and certain restrictions may apply.

PLAYER ACCOUNTS

The Casino does not offer player accounts or online wagering through its website. All gaming activity must take place in person on the premises of the Casino.

SECURITY AND FAIRNESS

The Casino is committed to maintaining a secure environment for all patrons. Our facilities and services meet or exceed British Columbia's regulatory requirements for security, fairness, and integrity. If you have any concerns regarding the security or fairness of our games or operations, please contact the Customer Service team.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customer Support is available on site during business hours to assist with general inquiries, event bookings, restaurant questions, and other matters related to your visit. We also offer an online contact form which can be accessed through our website for any queries that require a response outside of regular business hours.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall the Casino or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary damages or loss (including but not limited to economic losses and loss of profits) arising from your use of our facilities, services, or websites, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act (British Columbia).

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our facilities and services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By entering the premises of the Casino, using any of its services, or visiting its website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to your use of our facilities, services, or websites and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter.
